How does the 30 day guarantee work?
Within the first 30 days if you want to cancel your account for any reason, you will be refunded the entire setup fee. As for the monthly charge, the first 30 days of service are free for everyone.
Does 30 day guarantee cover the setup fee too?
Yes it does, the setup fee is refunded instantly if you decide to cancel within 30 days.
Do I pay for the first month?
No, you do not pay for your first month, the first month of service is free.
Do I pay for the domain name (website name)?
We give you the domain name for free with all accounts and it is renewed yearly for free as long as you keep your account open.
When do I get to select my domain name?
Right after you sign up you will be prompted by a page in which you can select your domain name. You will also be given options if you want to transfer a domain name you already own or leave it at its current registrar.
I already have a domain name.
No problem, you will have options to use your domain name from were it is now, or transfer it to us. Our support team will assist you.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel later?
Absolutely. Orosso charges the same setup fee for all plans and Orosso is a month-to-month service so you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. When you cancel, you will not be charged at your next billing cycle. Sorry we do not prorate. Setup fees are one time and are not refundable after the 30 day guarantee period.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept POs, checks, or invoices to be paid at a later date. Your administrative panel will have your billing history.
