In your control panel click the on the menu "Manage Administrators." You now will see a button that reads "Add New Adminstrator," click that button to create another user who will have access to the control panel. When creating another user, you can specify what you want them to have access to. Select all if you want them to have the same access as the master administrator. When they login, they will only see menus and buttons to what they have been granted access to.

You may change your password and email address of your account and other administrators by selecting options in the "Manage Adminstrators" or "Your User Account" page. The way the system is setup it is not possible to change usernames. You may create a new account to create another username.
